Arrangement: Congested Berger Bus Stop in Apapa area of Lagos owing to long
queue of fuel tankers waiting to lift fuel. Daily man-hours lost, incessant
traffic snare, deplorable road and other attendant crisis could be avoided if
refineries are working optimally and Nigeria depends less on importation.
